Voluntary Management Committee Support

Not everyone will be aware but part of my role at MKPA is supporting Voluntary Management Committees.

The legalities that go along with being a committee member can be confusing and with laws changing so often, it may put people off, we don’t want that so I am here to help. If you are a committee run club providing school age play opportunities then I am available for help, support and advice regarding all aspects of your club and committee.

Need some funding for training? I can put you in touch with organisations that may be able to help. Need to recruit new staff? I can signpost you to people and places that could help. Have issues arisen and you’re not sure what to do? I will be able to advise and/or point you in the right direction.

The service is confidential if needs be but there is also a great opportunity to share good practice and ideas between clubs. I am available to attend meetings to help or just to introduce myself and the support I can offer.

I have a wealth of resources and contacts that I can pass on to you to help your organisations committee run to the best of its ability.  I can also help with the setting up of new committees.
